About AltaMed
AltaMed Health Services is a prominent nonprofit healthcare organization based in Southern California, with a commitment to providing comprehensive, culturally sensitive care to underserved populations. Founded in 1969, AltaMed was established with the goal of improving access to quality healthcare for individuals who traditionally faced barriers to care like low-income families, immigrants, and communities of color.
